ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the I Additional District Court, Madurai, to dispose the I.A.No.38 of 2021 in O.S.No.341 of 2019 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has filed a suit for declaration and for permanent injunction and that subsequently on the basis of the Advocate Commissioner's report and plan, he has filed an application for amendment to include the prayer for mandatory injunction on 01.02.2021 and the same was taken on file in I.A.No.38 of 2021 and is pending till now.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would further submit that though argument was already advanced, the petition is pending under the caption for reply argument. 2/4

5. Considering the fact that the interlocutory application is pending for more than two years, the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petition in I.A.No.38 of 2021 in O.S.No.341 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
