ORDER

Though the zeal for which this writ petition has been filed should be appreciated, however considering the fact that the Government has themselves indicated that the extent of 223.98 Acres situate at S.No.36/1 of Ayyarmalai Sivayam Post, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, has been classified as "temple land", the grievance and apprehension of the writ petitioner is taken care of.

2. Respondents 1 to 5 and respondents 6 and 7 shall ensure that not an inch of this land is conceded to land grabbers or encroachers and they should maintain the lands in the same classification as it is now formed.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.10.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes abr
