This writ petition is filed challenging the notice, dated 28.01.2016 issued by the enquiry officer.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had already challenged the charge memo, dated 10.11.2014 and the same was dismissed by this Court, directing the petitioner to attend the disciplinary proceedings. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
