ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2016 in the light of the judgment and decree passed in IA.No.351 of 2014 in OS.No.81 of 2014 dated 02.12.2014.

2.This writ petition has been filed by a learned Counsel one Mr.R.Pandi Maharaja, who now has become a Judicial Officer. Therefore this Court by order dated 10.02.2023 ordered notice to the petitioner and notice is also served on the petitioner. However there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the written instruction received from the Circle Deputy Inspector, Natham and submits that pending this writ petitioner settlement has been arrived at between this petitioner and respondents 3 and 4.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
