ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Rameshkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Govt .Advocate(Crl.Side), for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 28.09.2022 in Crl.A. (MD).No.568 of 2022.

CRL MP(MD). No.13041 of 2022 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the second respondent regularly.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
