When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents states that the request of the petitioner has been considered and petitioner's son has been shifted to Puzhal Prison, Chennai pursuant to the proceedings dated 30.12.2021.

2. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this matter and hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. The respondents are directed to forward the copy of the proceedings to the petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
