This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to stop the construction in the property situate at Sunderaswarapuram Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District, comprised in Survey No.263/3, New survey No.643/1, measuring 1197 sq.ft.

2.Today(14.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
