Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action to dispose the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. Aa6/21859/2022, dated 19.10.2022, within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Aggrieved by the fact that his revision filed against the order of the 2nd respondent preferred to the 1st respondent on 18.06.2022 is not disposed of to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. From a perusal of the affidavit and the documents, it appears that the petitioner had questioned the grant of patta in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.115/6, 7 and 14 at Anthirapatti Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy and to grant patta to him, she had made a representation before the 2nd respondent and the same was rejected. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had made a revision petition before the 1st respondent on 18.06.2022. Since the same was not considered to date, this writ petition.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the revision has been made as early as in the year 2022, a mandamus is issued to the 1st

respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, dated 18.06.2022 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
