O R D E R
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to settle the petitioner's claim for reimbursement of medical expenses to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.1,92,609/- in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.165, Finance (Health Insurance) Department dated 01.06.2022. To the said effect, the petitioner has also sent a representation on 03.05.2024. 2/6
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that they are awaiting for the account details of the petitioner and her wife for reimbursement of medical expenses. That apart, it is further submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent that the petitioner may be directed to furnish the records relating to enlistment of the petitioner's son under the insurance scheme. He further seeks direction to the petitioner to submit all those records through registered post to the 5th respondent office.

In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to submit the records called for by the 5th respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the 5th respondent is directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. The 3rd respondent is directed to sent the documents relating to the enlistment of the petitioner's son, under the health insurance scheme within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
