ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.) for the respondents.
2. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this Writ Petition has been filed.
3. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is an accused in a murder case. Apart from the said case, there is no other case registered against the petitioner. Therefore, if the petitioner commits any offence, it is of-course open to the respondents herein to deal with the petitioner in the manner known to law. If the petitioner has not otherwise come under adverse notice, the respondents ought to deal with the petitioner by strictly adhering to due process of law. The petitioner cannot be harassed in the name of enquiry.
