O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner to initiate action as against the eighth respondent herein who is the Secretary of the sixth respondent Co-operative Society.

The learned Counsel appearing for the eighth respondent, brought to the notice of this Court that based upon the complaint lodged by the writ petitioner, an enquiry was initiated as against the eighth respondent herein and an enquiry report was submitted, on 25.04.2016 exonerating the eighth respondent herein. Thereafter, the said enquiry report was accepted by the Society and further action was dropped by the Society, by an order dated 30.04.2016. Even, thereafter proceedings were initiated under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act as against the eighth respondent herein. However, after conducting an enquiry, by an order dated 26.12.2017, the eighth respondent was exonerated from the said proceedings. 3/6

The narration of the above said facts and events makes it clear that the petitioner's representation as against the 8th respondent has been considered and proper enquiry has been initiated by the Authorities of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act, and the eighth respondent has been exonerated from the charges levelled against him.
4. In view of the above said facts, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been complied with and no further orders are called for and hence , this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
