The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the revision, challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.244 of 2021 in Spl.C.C.No.9 of 2019 dated 05.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that they are having objections to condone the delay.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order.
