This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on on 23.11.2021, wherein, the petitioner sought for fresh lease of fishing rights in respect of Kattakulam Pond, Vishvannathaperi Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions, received from the third respondent submitted that fresh auction was called for and it was granted in favour of the higher bidder.
