ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2015. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the beneficiaries identified under the Chief Minister Solar Powered Green House Scheme are not having the required qualifications and houses were allotted for the persons, who are residing in Puthuval Poromboke.

3.The respondents have filed a counter affidavit stating that from the petitioner's village, nine persons were identified for the benefits under the Chief Minister Solar Powered Green House Scheme and two persons were identified for the benefits under the Indira Awas Yogana Scheme, by the Committee constituted for identifying the beneficiaries. The list of 2/4

beneficiaries were placed before the Grama Sabha and were approved by the resolution of the Grama Sabha. It is further stated that the beneficiaries have fulfilled the requirements under the above scheme. 4.Though the petitioner claims that there are violations in the selection of beneficiaries, he has not placed any materials to substantiate the same. In the absence of any such material and in view of the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
