ORDER

The petitioner seeks consideration of a representation, dated 07.10.2021, to extend the lease with respect to the Shop Nos. 1, 2, 15 and 16 which are situated in Kamaraj Municipal Bus Stand at Theni.

2.Mr.K.Hema Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3.Without entering into a discussion on the merits raised by either of the parties, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the said representation in manner known to law and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
