This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2015 to survey the petition mentioned property. 2.Today(14.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
