ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to forbear the respondents from installing any shop near his shop at Viraganoor Dam. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate has produced the written instructions received from the Assistant Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, WRO, Sarugnaiyur Basin 2/4

Sub Division, Manamadurai, that all the shops near the Dam were closed. It is further stated that the petitioner's lease period was expired as early as on 01.10.2015 and the petitioner is not running any shop at present in that area. 3.Learned Government Advocate has also confirmed that no other encroachers are permitted to conduct any shop near the Viraganoor Dam. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed.
