ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.5 lakhs along with interest @ 24% p.a., from March 2021 till the date of realization, which was paid by the petitioner at the time of participating in the tender held on 18.02.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submits that the Earnest Money Deposit has already been returned to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also admitted the said submission.
