that the prayer in the Writ Petition is to permit the petitioner to participate in the Village Kodai Festival (Kodai Vizha) in Arulmighu Bathrakaliamman Temple at Kannikapuri Village, Mookkaiyur Post, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District going to be held between 24th Aavani Tamil Month to 30th Aavani (ie.) 11.09.2023 to 17.09.2023 by getting Oor Vari (Oor Vari). He further submits that since the said period has already been over, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
