ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.396 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that in the absence of interim order, during the pendency of this petition, the Law Enforcing Agency has completed the investigation filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
