ORDER

Though the respondent has been served and the name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

2. The petitioner has expressed some difficulties to attend the hearing in H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2021 pending on the Sub Court, Thiruvarur District as she is a resident of Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District. The petitioner has stated that she is dependent on her parents and taking care of three years old minor child.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2021 stands transferred from the file of the learned Sub Court, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District to the learned Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and tried along with H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2021.

4. Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
