O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to transfer the investigation in CSR No.1147/2022, dated 02.10.2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alangulam Police Station, Thenkasi District to CBCID.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a complaint before the fifth respondent, however, the fifth respondent did not conduct the enquiry in a proper manner. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed this petition to transfer the investigation from the fifth respondent to CBCID.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the complaint cannot be transferred.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that this Court may grant permission to the petitioner to make a complaint before the appropriate authority. 3/6

6. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
