ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent to conduct an enquiry/investigation with the second and third Respondents and thereby, 1/4

direct him to restore the Petitioner's Passport and Jewels from the third Respondent based on the Petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2022 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the Respondent Police and the Petition was closed. The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is recorded.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
