O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2018 and complete the enquiry within a specified period.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court during the pendency of the suit in O.S.No.108 of 2018 in respect the land for which the petitioner seeks for a Mandamus. It appears that the fourth respondent has filed O.S.No.108 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, against the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent would submit that the aforesaid O.S.No.108 of 2018 was listed on 15.07.2024 for recording of evidence and has now been adjourned to 31.07.2024.

4. This Writ Petition is clearly premature in light of the pendency of the aforesaid O.S.No.108 of 2018. Under these circumstances, this Writ Page No. 2 of 4
