ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the second respondent dated 12.07.2018 in his Na.Ka.No.m5/288/2018 and consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to lay a drainage kal in the North-South Road abutting east of S.No.98 in Jameen Singampatti, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District as stated in Na.Ka.No.m5/1608/2017 dated 12.06.2017 of the second respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that the respondents have called for tender on 08.09.2025 and tender is to be opened on 18.09.2025. Therefore, the request of the petitioner to put up irrigation canal has been considered and acted upon.
