This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the tender as per Tender Notification Ref.No.15/2015-2016, dated 02.02.2016. 2.Today(27.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
