ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a grievance that the respondents have proposed to establish a sewage plant, which is obstructing the pathway to the petitioner's property.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instruction received from the Panchayat President concerned submits that the respondent had already established the sewage plant in the year 2016 itself in a different place and there is no hindrance to the petitioner's property.
