Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 4th respondent DEO in Oo.Mu.No.6906/Aa2/2014, dated 19.05.2015, to quash the same, in so far as the petitioner is concerned and further, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the representation, dated 29.05.2015 and to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as P.G.Assistant in Zoology in the 5th respondent School, namely Sree Devi Girls Higher Secondary School, Kollemcode, Kanyakumari District and to disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary and allowances with effect from the date of her appointment viz., 01.06.2011.

COMMON ORDER All these writ petitions are filed challenging the impugned order whereby the approval for the appointment of the Teachers were declined by stating that the appointment made by the educational agency, but the said educational agency was not approved.
2. Moreover, the School was functioning as a non-minority institution and the School was under direct management.
3. Pending writ petitions, the official respondents have passed an order, dated 13.04.2019, granting approval to all the Teachers. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. Hence, recording the said submission, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions 3/5
are closed.
