ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the death benefits of the petitioner's son Chandrasekar by considering her representation, dated 06.08.2018.

2.Mr.D.Gandhi Raj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the death benefit of the petitioner's deceased son was given to his wife by name Thavamani, namely, the fourth respondent. In fact, compassionate appointment was also given to the wife of the deceased.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
