on 29.02.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS act, 1985 in crime No. 68 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case involves commercial quantity of Ganja. Already considering the merits of the case, by order dated, 21/8/2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 13728 of 2024, this Court has dismissed the bail application and there is no change of circumstances, for the present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
