This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct entrance examination for the selection of Post Graduate in medical entrance examination by treating the petitioner as a special case within the time frame. 2.Today(24.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that in view of the subsequent development that All India Entrance Examination was conducted for the selection of Post Graduate in medical, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
