ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of Mandamus to give a positive direction to the respondent to issue patta in the name of petitioner society in respect of an extent of 6 cents as per three sale deeds.
2.The petitioner has produced before this Court the patta standing in the name of the petitioner's predecessor in title and various other documents like payment of water tax and property tax and other documents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.3345 of 2016 six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is inclined to record that the petitioner's entitlement is not considered by this Court on merits in this writ petition. Hence, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2014 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.With the above directions this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
