O R D E R

The impugned suspension order has been kept in abeyance by the respondent University pursuant to the order, dated 16.02.2022, passed by the Vice Chancellor of the respondent University.

2. Since the impugned suspension order has been kept in abeyance by the respondent University and the abeyance order has not been revoked so far, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. After recording the fact that the impugned suspension order dated 16.12.2021 has been kept in abeyance by the respondent University pursuant to the orders passed by the Vice Chancellor, dated 16.02.2022, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, in case, the respondent University restores the suspension order against the petitioner in the near future. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
