representation, dated 02.09.2024 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to the respondents to survey the petitioner's properties and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No. 625/1B1 to an extent of 74 cents (Patta No.604), 625/1B2 to an extent of 74 cents (Patta No. 1491) and Survey No. 626/1B2 to an extent of 2 cents (well) situated at Vaippar Pagam - I village, Vilathikulam taluk, Tuticorin district based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that as and when the petitioner makes an online application, the same shall be considered as per the seriatim.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the petitioner to make an online application and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the said representation as per the seniority of applications and pass orders.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
