This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue property tax receipt to the petitioner in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.101/1, 101/2, 101/3, 102/16, 102/19, 122/1A2, 122/1B, 102/4 and 102/5, situated at Ettunali Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the third respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.
