Already petitions for Anticipatory Bail have been filed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.10966 and 11678 of 2021 and they were allowed by this Court by order dated 28.09.2021 with certain conditions. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of the wrong information that has been furnished, they could not execute sureties. Therefore, the second petition for anticipatory bail has been filed.
4.It may not be proper on the part of the petitioner to file repeated petitions before this Court. When a particular order has been passed, it is the duty of the petitioner to comply the order. If they are not in a position to comply the conditions imposed, they can file a petition for extension of time with proper reasons. The petitioner cannot file petition after petition seeking a same relief. Such sort of action cannot be entertained. 5.The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition for extension of time, by setting out proper reasons within the stipulated time. 6.With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
