This Writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner through the impugned charge Memo issued by the 4th respondent, the District Collector in R.C.No.3696/2002/Q2, dated 24.03.2003 and quash the same.

Mr.Isaac Mohanlal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the Enquiry Officer has submitted a report, dated 28.12.2004, with regard to charges levelled against the petitioner holding that the charges levelled against the petitioner were not proved. Subsequently, by proceedings, dated 11.10.2019, the second respondent dropped the charges levelled against the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
