O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 6 herein for cheating and threatening the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaints, dated 17.07.2024 and 22.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner CSR.No.926 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
