ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the appeal and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Robinson for Mr.M.Saravanan, Advocate appearing for the Appellant and of Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Court made the following order: 1/3
'By the Judgment dated 15.05.2025, this Court confirmed the conviction rendered by the trial Court and issued direction to secure the accused person to serve the remaining period and ordered to post the matter today under the caption for reporting compliance.
2.Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused was secured and remanded by the respondent police. Hence, the order of this Court has been complied.
