The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20704 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2021, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20704 of 2021, is extended till 20.04.2022, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
