ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed to quash the impugned Freezing Notice dated 09.10.2022 issued by the third Respondent and further to direct the Respondents to return the documents seized by the Respondents vide Form No. 85 dated 10.06.2021 forthwith to the Petitioner.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, no representation for the Petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the order of the Investigation Officer, the account was frozen in relation to the case in Cr.No.96 of 2021 for the offence punishable under the provisions of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 and seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
