ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The petitioner seeks leave to file an appeal against the order in W.P.(MD)No. 2486 of 2011. According to the petitioner, he has purchased the property from the legal heirs of the 5th respondent in the writ petition in the year 2015. The Writ Court has only directed an enquiry to be conducted by the District Revenue Officer, after providing an opportunity to the legal heirs of the deceased B.Arumugam in whose name the patta is alleged to have been granted. Now that the petitioner says that he has purchased from the legal heirs of the 5th respondent the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai, will issue notice to the petitioner herein, namely, Mr.T.Sudhakar, S/o.Thangarajan, residing at Plot No. 2823, Tamil Nadu Housing Board Colony, Villapuram, Madurai-625 012, while conducting the enquiry on the claims of the petitioner in the writ petition.

2. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. The Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.SR71241 of 2024 stands rejected in the SR stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
