O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner with regards to civil dispute.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Hence, the fourth respondent lodged a complaint before the third respondent police. Based on the complaint, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the petitioner was called https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for enquiry by the respondent police and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed as civil dispute and also directed the parties to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate relief. He also submitted that the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are not harassing the petitioner.

4. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed as civil dispute, no further order is required in this case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
