This Court by order dated 28.09.2022 while disposing of the writ petition, had directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.Nos.265 of 2018 and 94 of 2019 within a period of six weeks.

The Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, by letter No.SA 265/2018 & SA 94/2019-DRT/MDU dated 29.11.2022, citing that the Presiding Officer, DRT, Madurai, is vacant and the Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore, is holding additional charge and he is taking up the cases pertaining to DRT, Madurai, on every Fridays, has sought for four months time to dispose of S.A.Nos.265 of 2018 and 94 of 2019.
4.Considering the aforesaid reasons, we grant eight weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for disposal of S.A.Nos.265 of 2018 and 94 of 2019.
