2.The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to refund the caution deposit of Rs.27,132/- paid towards the occupation of shop No.243 in Kovilpatti Pasumpon Muthuramalingathervar Daily Market to the petitioner based on the representation dated 05.09.2024. 3.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 05.09.2024 will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of six weeks from today. 4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
