ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.378 of 2023 and for the offences under Sections 394 and 398 of IPC in Crime No.181 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been detained under the Act -14 by order dated 10.09.2023.
