PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein not to allot patta in respect of property situated in Survey No.6/7 of Thiruppalai Village, Madurai District, without evicting the petitioner/Society from the aforesaid property except under the process of law.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents herein not to allot patta in respect of property situated in Survey No. 6/7 of Thiruppalai Village, Madurai District, without evicting the petitioner/Society from the aforesaid property. 2.Today(08.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
