O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2019.
2. The representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that he was not properly treated by the Village Administrative Officer, Elluvaraimukki Village, Tiruchendur Taluk / 3rd respondent.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that pursuant to the complaint, an enquiry was conducted by the competent authorities and they found that the allegations were not established. When the authorities called the petitioner for enquiry, he was not cooperated with the conduct of enquiry and merely informed the authorities that he has filed the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Such a conduct of the petitioner cannot be appreciated. The petitioner is expected to cooperate for conduct of enquiry, if at all he has given a complaint to initiate action. In the present case, though the petitioner sent representation against the 3rd respondent, he has not participated in the enquiry conducted by the officials and the officials after considering the facts and circumstances, formed an opinion that the allegations against the 3rd respondent are not established.
5. This being the factum, no further consideration is required and the writ petition deserves to be rejected.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
