ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents to collect the property tax by the 4th respondent in survey No.256 with an extent of 20000 sq. ft., in Door No.140-141 situated at Silarpatti Village, T.Kallupatti Panchayat Union, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2022 and 17.10.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the 2/5

respondents to consider the said representations. 3.On a perusal of the affidavit, it is seen that there are some disputes between the petitioner and fourth respondent. Therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case, simply directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.08.2022 and 17.10.2022 after granting adequate opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and thereafter pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
