2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.107 of 2023 before the learned Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai. Further, one previous case ispending against the petitioner, which is not similar in nature. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7216 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6009 of 2023 on 28.04.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
